The process begins with a conversation with your Design manager.
Discuss your budget and land details (if you have one), define who you are, what inspires you, and most importantly, what you desire for your home. The design team really understands you and your expectations.
This is where we collect any other information that could affect your reporting or our design.
We visit the site with you and carry out a complete planning and site analysis, including geodesy and soil testing. We want to know all the facts before starting to be sure of this. Not surprising. Based on these results, we will provide you with a significant value for ideas in your briefing so you can refine them before designing.
Now that your home is designed, the interior design process begins where you express your style and the real fun begins.
By working closely with our interior design partner, Huntley Watson, you will create a holistic look for your home.
You will be offered advice on the choice of color palette, accessories, accessories, and design of all elements. Click and browse all products, accessories, and accessories with a select selection available at our headquarters and design center, or wherever you are.
Now that the design is complete and the final price has been agreed upon, it’s time to get your hands on the tools.
We apply for a building permit, order all materials and appoint a site manager. During construction, we adhere to strict and realistic deadlines and apply strict quality standards for workmanship. Whether you’re around or not, you’ll receive updates every step of the way until it’s done.
